Description of the machine:
Electric riveting machine with bottom part feed, bottom punch movement and hold-down device for automatic insertion of 2-part hollow rivets of different lengths into pre-punched material. The rivet bottom parts are fed automatically and brought and held in position by a steel belt pusher. The rivet tops are also automatically fed and automatically inserted flush together with the rivet bottoms into the pre-punched material. The fixation of the handles takes place via a hold-down device. Depending on the material thickness, the pressure can be adjusted. Electronic rivet top and bottom part sensing for level control in the feed rail. Rivet bottom parts can be switched off. With leading finger protection device, electric foot switch and piece counter.
