Description of the machine:
Freely programmable 2-fold belt riveting machine for automatic insertion of two different self-piercing rivets in one operation. The rivets are automatically fed and pressed in via a vibratory conveyor. Both rivets are inserted automatically. The rivet units can be switched off or on individually via the operating panel. Equipped with a quick-change device for the rivet feeders and tools. The pressure of the rivets is adjusted via an adjusting screw on the lower tool. The X and Y-axes are programmable via a graphics program. The insertion device of the leather goods is always centred. With protective housing, electric foot switch and piece counter.
